Custom software that does your busywork for you.

Automate the repetitive work. Take your time back.

The work your business has outgrown.

01 — Reporting
You spend hours pulling reports.
Logging into three tools, exporting files, gluing them together in a spreadsheet, fixing the formatting, sending it out. Every week.
02 — Integrations
Your data lives in five places, none of which talk to each other.
Your CRM, your bookkeeping, your booking system, your ad platform — all separate, all manually reconciled.
03 — Lead ops
Leads slip through the cracks because no one followed up fast enough.
A form gets filled out on Tuesday, and by Friday someone realizes nobody replied.
04 — Bookkeeping
Half your bookkeeper's week is spent on manual reconciliation.
Matching bank statements line by line, chasing down miscategorized transactions, fixing what should never have been broken.
05 — Process risk
One person on your team is the only one who knows how the operation actually works.
Half the workflows live in their head. If they leave, the business stalls.
06 — Operations tracking
You don't know what's actually happening day to day.
You hear about problems after they've already cost you. Inventory, hours, jobs in progress, project status — there's no single place to look.

A quiet, ongoing partnership.

i
We start with a conversation.
Thirty minutes on a call. We learn how your operation runs and where time is being lost. If there's a fit, you'll get a short proposal — scope, price, timeline.
ii
We don't replace your operation. We make it run itself.
Custom systems — automations that handle the work on their own inside the tools you already use — quietly taking the repetitive work off your team's plate.
iii
Steadyhand remains behind the scenes.
Not a project that gets delivered and walked away from. Steadyhand stays engaged on a monthly retainer — maintaining, improving, and growing with your business.

I grew up surrounded by successful business owners.

Family, friends, neighbors. The people I so badly wanted to be like, and still do. The kind you would assume have everything figured out.

As I started to gain firsthand experience working with business owners across different industries, I noticed something early on — incredibly successful businesses still running on archaic processes. Hours lost in spreadsheets, flooded inboxes, data copy & pasted from one system to the next, and most importantly, people on full time salaries wasting half their day on work I knew I could automate.

The gap between what their operations were and what modern technology could actually do for them kept getting wider. Most of them weren't sure where to start, what AI could realistically handle, or who to trust to help them implement it.

I saw a clear gap. I then dedicated myself to learning what AI can actually do and how it could help the people around me that I looked up to.

Steadyhand exists to fill that gap. To hold the hands of businesses that know they need to modernize, and to build the tailored automation that takes the manual work off their team's plate.
